produced snow for us also! Thank you for having this

Ron and Becky, where do we start?
In over 20 years of camping from the east coast to the west
coast, from Florida to Maine, our stay at Mountain Stream was
the most relaxing peaceful vacation we have ever had. I wish I
had a recording of that stream flowing over the rocks. It just
doesn’t get any better than that. Your location is perfect.
Close enough to a town in case of an emergency, and yet just
five minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway. We ventured out
several days and viewed the beautiful scenery, but found that
the best part of each trip was coming back to Mountain Stream.
Your facilities are just as advertised on you web page, the only
exception we found was the web page didn’t have that cool clean
smell of mountain air. Your personnel touch is something that
we have never seen in a RV park. I think that is what sets
Mountain Stream apart from any other park we have stayed in.
All it took was our drive down the road to a point when the cell
phone started ringing to make us appreciate how restful and
relaxing your park is. This was our first visit, but it won’t be
the last. Thanks for your hospitality and hope see you soon. |

The nicest smaller RV Park around
Marion and Morganton area. It is a very neat, unique, well
maintained and serene place to get away for quiet and restful
time. Trout fishing in stream. Owners Ron and Becky were
extremely informative, pleasant, friendly and personable. |

I have always been skeptical of
private RV parks they always seemed to be big business and just
herd you in and herd you out. Most have the attitude that you
should be thankful that they gave a 10 by 10 spot with all the
noise they can send you way. We have camped for 4 years now and
I must say you broke the mold for Private Parks. It felt as if
we went HOME to be with the family, everyone was very nice, and
gracious, the way you and Ron carry yourself seems to rub off on
everyone else when you arrive. The grounds were beautiful and
the stream I can’s say enough about. We appreciate the
entertainment and the care that you and your staff put on to
make sure everything is perfect. I hope and pray that all goes
well for you two because you deserve it and I want to come see
you as often as we can. |

The location of the park along a
cool mountain stream and well manicured shaded sites
automatically put us in a relaxed frame of mind. But what really

Please don't ever take for granted
this beautiful place God has let you have. We have traveled up
and down the east coast of the United States and this campground
is the best we have found. In our 30 years of camping, it is the
cleanest, best kept up campground we have found. We
traveled 9 hours to get here and once we got here we knew we had
made the right choice. The Johnston's are very helpful with
directions to local interest and are just good people. My wife
and I have been kicking around the idea of opening a campground
in Columbus, Georgia. This campground has inspired us to get
started in earnest. The beautiful mountains and running stream
beside the campground makes this truly "God's Country". All of
the personal touches, like curtains in the bath house, grass
areas around each site, flowers, ceramic animals, lights along
the fence and in the trees are wonderful. We will tell all of
our friends about this campground and show them the pictures we
took. Thanks you for four wonderful days and nights. God bless
you. |

Mountain Stream RV Park is one of
the nicest RV parks we have ever camped in. The individual camp
sites are all good sites. The sound of the river is truly a gift
from God. After traveling the area, there is no place prettier.
The management makes you feel like family and is very willing to
accommodate you needs. The RV park is exactly as they say -
"Prettiest Little Park This Side of Heaven". |

Super location and friendly
people. We had a great time and are definitely coming back
again. This camp is close to other neat things to do and see.
You're right in calling this your little piece of Heaven. My
only suggestion would be to give lessons on how to catch those
pesky trout. |

We had a wonderful visit at
Mountain Stream RV Park. It truly is a pretty little campground
that offers a lot to every one of all ages. Mountain Stream is a
place where you can lay back and relax, smell the mountain air,
or enjoy the clean flowing stream by fishing or just listening
to the calming sound. The Tom & Jo Saturday show was both fun
and spiritually uplifting. We will recommend Mountain Stream to
our friends and we will be back. |

We found this beautiful quiet
campground in September 2004. In thinking about celebrating our
49th wedding anniversary we could have picked hundreds of other
places to go for a week. We picked Mountain Stream (our
favorite). Becky and Ron are so friendly and treat you like
family. We have brought friends here also and keep telling our
camping friends about this "Little Piece of Heaven". |

My family has
camped up, down and across our great country for over thirty
years. In all that time we have never found a better place than
Mountain Stream RV Park. The peaceful beauty of the North
Carolina mountains and the rushing sounds of Buck Creek offer a
rest and deep relaxation that is hard to find anywhere else.
During the 14 years we have been visiting the park it has undergone
a few changes always for the better. An example of this would be
the current owners Becky & Ron Johnston. While the previous
owners have been wonderful I can’t imagine a nicer or friendlier
than Becky and Ron to run an RV park. Clean restrooms and a
central location for sightseeing make Mountain Stream RV Park a
destination. It’s a wonderful place, if you don’t believe me
stop by and see for yourself. Oh, by the way if you are there
during June and July 2005, stop by site 13 we’ll be there.

We just wanted to thank you for
providing the most beautiful campground for us to enjoy this
past weekend. We had the most fun and relaxing weekend in a
very long time. It's not too easy with a 2, 4 and 5 year old.
But thanks to your campground not to mention the stream,
basketball court and open field my kids had a wonderful time and
my husband and I got in some much needed relaxation. We felt at
ease when our 5 year old rode her bike by herself around the
campground circle. There is no other campground that we would
have let her do that. Everyone that we met in the campground
was so nice. Like family. We would defiantly love to make
another reservation in the very near future. We love Mountain
Stream!! Thanks so much for having it available for us to
enjoy!! Take care. We hope to see you real soon!! |

Our stay at the Mountain Stream RV
Park could not have been more pleasant! The natural setting of
the park, with the many tall trees, the fresh, clean mountain
air and the rushing stream, provided a most relaxing experience
as we traveled from West to East. M. S. RV Park is a safe,
secure and immaculate place to stop and rest. Also our need for
Internet access was met, wireless, directly from our rig.
Besides, you will not meet more gracious, helpful and caring
hosts; thank you Becky & Ron!! |

enjoy our stay here. The park is beautiful and well kept. We
really enjoyed the "Songsmen". Only complaint I have is
we wish you had another bathhouse down toward the far end. When
we are here we feel a little closer to God. Everyone is so
friendly. Thank you for keeping Mountain Stream so neat and
clean. We love it here! |

Mountain Stream RV Park! The campground was beautiful and so
very clean. All the sites were good. Ron & Becky, we can't thank
you enough for all you do, and your kindness to everyone. The

wait to come back in the summer and fellowship with our new

Ron was very friendly and helpful from explaining the area &
giving us maps to helping us pull in. The campground is
beautifully maintained and has a relaxing, calming atmosphere.
If we are lucky enough to return to this area, we will
definitely come back to Mountain Stream RV Park!! Even after a
long day in the office and taking care of activities, Ron &
Becky stopped by our site on our first night to see if we needed
anything. Now that's hospitality! |

Everyone is nice. The campground is by far the best we have ever
stayed at!!! Can't wait to come back. Thanks Ron & Becky for a
beautiful park and a great time. |
