Visitors must register at the office before entering the campground. There is a $2.50 charge for each visitor. No more than 4 visitors per campsite. Visitors staying longer than 4 hours are subject to the extra persons charges above.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
When we reserve a campsite for you, we actually take it off the market for the dates you reserve. Even though we may have subsequent requests from others for a site on these dates, we save the site just for you – even if it means turning away other customers!
A reservation is an agreement between you and us. We agree to hold a site available for your use for a period of time you specify and you agree to pay a specified amount for the right to occupy this site for that period of time. Once the reservation is booked, it is non-transferable to a third party.
We cannot control, nor guarantee the weather. You are responsible for the entire length of stay you reserved. Refunds will not be given for late arrivals or early departures.
We have a firm reservation and cancellation policy to ensure that we can continue to provide this service commitment to you.
RESERVATIONS
Weekends: 2 night minimum
Holidays: 3 night minimum
DEPOSITS
Holidays: 3 nights (non-refundable).
Less than week: 1 night
Week or more: 25%
Deposits may be paid by cash or credit card.
Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Full reservation balance will be collected 13 days before Check-In
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
A one night reservation amount will be kept for all cancellations. Reservations one week or longer, will be charged a one night cancellation fee for each week. If your reservation is paid in full you can opt for a rain check for the full reservation amount, if cancellations are received at least 14 days prior to check-in date. Once the reservation is booked, it is non-transferable to a third party.
A rain check for 50% of the reservation amount will be issued for cancellations received 4 to 13 days days prior to check-in date.
Rain checks are valid for 12 months.
Note: Cancellations made less than 4 days prior to arrival date are NOT eligible for refunds or rain checks
“No Shows” will be charged the full reservation amount.

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
