My husband and I had a wonderful time. The yurt is beautiful and cozy, and had everything we needed during our stay. The campground is beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed going down to the stream and soaking our feet. We will definitely recommend the campground and would love to come back.
Your campground is beautiful! Loved being right by Buck Creek-very peaceful and relaxing. Also, everything is very well maintained. We would highly recommend staying here.
This Campground was really quiet and very clean. The sites were really nice and calming and peaceful. The owner's really care and were very attentive of your needs. I enjoyed the peaceful stream and ambient!!! Camp ground situated in a perfect setting....
This was such a peaceful, relaxing, clean, quaint, and well maintained campground. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I would say the best part was the constant flow of the creek and how it can be enjoyed throughout the campground.
Love Mountain Stream RV Park! So clean & beautiful! Our grandchildren really enjoyed the creek and playground! Loved our 3 night stay in the Red Top yurt. Everything was extra nice. Loved the updated rustic furniture and bath. Loved our picnic area.

I feel a little conflicted giving this campground the review it deserves because I want it to remain a secret. It is the most beautiful, well-kept campground I’ve ever been to. If you love nature, this is the place to stay. Most of the sites are surrounded by a creek where you hear the water all the time. The sites have large trees and landscaping (lots of hostas and flowers) so they feel private — and provide an environment for birds and butterflies. We’ve heard whippoorwills while sitting on the deck that overlooks the stream on the evenings. I’ve stayed at campgrounds all over the east coast and have never been in one so nice. The first year we were here, we canceled our reservations at another campground (and lost our deposit) just to spend another week in paradise. It has never disappointed. I wish all the campgrounds we visited were as nice as this one!

We have enjoyed the beautiful setting. The rushing creek is very relaxing. The campsites are close but very nice. The picnic tables are beautiful. We will absolutely be back.
Our stay was great! The yurt was in excellent condition and super cozy. We would definitely book again.
Beautiful Campground
We came to the area to visit Biltmore and stayed at Mountain Stream. A very well kept, small campground with an amazing creek that runs behind the sites. Friendly staff, the gentleman that works there was kind enough to help us with a connection we were having trouble with. Would love to come back in warmer weather to enjoy the creek.
We were on Site 9 and our experience here was more like "glamping" than "camping"! Your campgrounds are spotless and your hospitality is awesome. We loved listening to the sound of the stream every day and enjoying nature. Thank you. We will be back.
Came in August for our first trip and met people. Made plans with them to come back Thanksgiving week. We stayed 8 days & it was perfect & quiet & just as pristine as before. Thanks for another great memory! We will be making plans for a future trip here again. I highly recommend this place. Very nice owners, clean grounds, and big rig friendly for our 40 foot Class A.
If you want the ultimate relaxation experience, this is the place. Charming hosts and hostess and friendly atmosphere. Not only that but a beautiful setting with a steam in the back of your site. We loved it and I am sure you will too.
This is a great little RV park nestled in the mountains. Very clean and well maintained. Although it was a little stressful getting our 41' bus and 20' trailer in tow up the switchbacks to the park...everything else was wonderful. If you're over 30 feet and towing, please follow the parks website instructions on the best directions to get to the park. The grounds, the staff, and our site with the deck over the stream was all a wonderful experience. Will definitely return to the park. Thank you Mountain Stream RV park for making our first stop on our cross country adventure a great one!!!
Our yurt stay was excellent. The family trip was beyond successful. A great time was had by all, with many memories we'll talk about for years. Can't wait to come back!
We love your campground! We used to go to Cherokee camping but we might have just found a new favorite! We loved Site 16 with the deck over the creek. We hope to return again soon. Thank you!
I must say this is one of, if not the best small family owned campgrounds I’ve ever stayed in. Just an absolutely beautiful view of Buck Creek. Grounds were very clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this campground to anyone looking to relax and enjoy some quiet time.
