Just about 1.5 hours from Charlotte and less than an hour from Asheville, you’ll find a gem tucked away in the heart of the Pisgah National Forest.

You know that feeling when you step outside, and nature envelops you? That’s a daily occurrence here. Our RV Park is perched at about 1800′ elevation, nestled in a narrow valley surrounded by mountains on all sides. Beautiful Buck Creek flows gracefully through this valley, tracing along two sides of our campground. So go ahead, step out of your RV and let the rippling water serenade you. Plus, whether you’re an angler or an admirer, the bounty of trout in the stream is sure to captivate your attention.
Full Hook-ups and Amenities
Who says you have to give up comfort to embrace nature? Each of our sites is equipped with full hook-ups including 30- & 50-amp power, water, sewer, and cable TV. While cell phone service takes a vacation here due to our mountainous location, we have free Wi-Fi available throughout the park.
Beyond the Campgrounds: An Explorer’s Dream
Feeling adventurous? You’re in luck. The famed Blue Ridge Parkway is just 5 miles away by road, even though it feels like it’s just next door. You’re also a short drive away from a handful of local breweries. Don’t forget the grandeur of Mount Mitchell and the numerous waterfalls around. It’s multiple adventures all on one vacation!
Come and enjoy the mountains, the streams, and the serene beauty all around. And remember, when you get to Marion, take 70 West to 80 North (also known as Buck Creek Road). It’s the best route to steer clear of steep and curvy roads not suitable for RVs. We’re eager to host you, your family, and even your pets—just be sure to be a responsible owner.
